Once I fix my mic....and my sprained foot....I really need to get back into making more videos for SMC now that my recording software is better!

Video seems good so far!
World takeover plans got me busy!

Probably we should remove the power jump from the game tutorial and rather add something related to the effect the action key has (running fast, jumping further/higher). The real power jump is used quite seldom in levels and mostly for hidden secrets, whereas the action-key-effect is required at many places. I quickly skimmed the tutorial, but it doesn’t seem to mention it; yes, it is in level 1, but a) the description seems not to be clear and b) it is something that should go directly into the tutorial IMO. Additionally, as it can be seen in the video, the power jump requires some skill in the controls, which can’t be expected from people doing the tutorial (resulting in the seen frustration of aborting the level). Also, a short sentence stating you can save via the menu should be added. ;-).

On the menu saving information it should be specified that saving from the overworld is free, but saving in-level requires 3000 points which will be subtracted from your score.

After all, you can't just save before a difficult part and then keep loading that save every time you die. That would be cheating!

You can. The game actually recommends it at some point. The points are decremented for saves, not loads.

I didn't know that because I never got really far in SMC. I usually just make levels.
