[1.9] Wrong/Missing Tiles in the Main Levels

Here is a Passive tile that should be changed (I think). I saw a topic about this once, but I can't seem to find it.

The grass ground tiles have to be passive, or Maryo would get stuck. I think the yellow pipe should be massive, though.

I'm guessing the screenshot was taken as Maryo was coming out of the pipe.

I found another one. These aren't exactly "passive" but I think it should be fixed. (Down in the left corner, it needs some tiles.)
