Recolored Goombas

Postby stephane » 04 Nov 2004 00:24

You would like to have 'recolored goombas'.
I don't know exactly what you want. I have made that
(the page is made in five minutes... and sorry for the ad.) :

http://graphicsforsmclone.ifrance.com/

(I will draw 'dead.png' if needed.)
(more info if needed too.)

the page is very, very, very long to be load but it works.

If the problem continue, I will try another host (or I will send them

If you have time i would very appreciate recolored hedges maybe in dark grey/brown with some light grey lines ... ( should look like a dead hedge ;) )

P.S : The Goombas (a "new" design) you made try to change the color a bit maybe darker they should not look like the original :D

Good work :!:

darker Goomba

Postby stephane » 05 Dec 2004 23:52

I have colored the Goombas in two ways :
- a darker version (as you ask)
- creation of "Blue Goomba"

There are few improvements. So, now the sprite have exactly the same width and heigh of the originals (before it was 43x44 instead of 43x43).

I had never see a Blue Goomba in any official game but I like it.
(Nintendo should include it in their next game! )

I have upload them on the (sloooooww) web page :

PS : the dark hedges are not started and I (probably) will create another topic to them.
